What will I learn from the Trauma & Orthopaedics (T&O) ST3 Online Interview Question Bank?
The interview is 60 minutes long, involving four 10-minute stations. This includes the addition of the Communication station for 2024. We have broken down our interview question bank and presented our questions exactly like they appear in the interview.
In this station, you are interviewed about various aspects of your career, and the interviewers are looking to gain insight into your previous experience. Our question bank provides example questions and answers to help guide you through preparing your own answers.
This station involves scenarios from either a trauma or elective setting, and you are then asked related questions. We have split the clinical part of our question bank into Trauma and Elective and with over 30 scenarios, we will help you prepare for this station.
This station can sometimes be the trickiest station in the interview, and it requires a certain technique to excel. You will be presented with several cases which you must prioritise in order of urgency. We provide example prioritisation questions, with tips and example answers.
This station is new for 2024, although prior to virtual interviews, a communication station was involved in the face-to-face interviews. This station includes a scenario involving communication with a patient, you’ll be assessed on:
