A 49-year-old male is admitted to a trauma centre following a high-impact accident whilst crossing the road. A limited history is available from his wife, who reports that the patient had been experiencing headaches increasingly over the past few months and at one point claimed to be secreting fluid from his breasts. However, he had not presented to his GP out of embarrassment. He has no significant past medical or family history.
