A 45-year-old gentleman presents to the Emergency Department following a mountaineering expedition. He lost a glove en route and now has a 2 cm patch of vesicle on his left index finger. The vesicles are filled with milky fluid and the rest of the digit is erythematous and swollen. He states he cannot feel his index finger anymore.
