A 67 year old male presents with blistering the groin

A 67 year old male presents with blistering the groin. For a month he has been experiencing itchy skin and the appearance of itchy plaques over his groin, and whilst these have become less itchy, blisters have appeared over the plaques and adjacent skin. He is otherwise well, but on examination his blood pressure is 170/100 mmHg.
