A 65-year-old man presents to the GP with a flaky patch on his left leg

A 65-year-old man presents to the GP with a flaky patch on his left leg.  He has a history of excessive exposure to sunlight and is currently taking immunosuppressive treatment for a kidney transplant he received 12 months ago. The patch is not itchy, and there is no associated pain. On examination, the patch is 1 cm, flesh coloured and there are no other patches on any other part of his skin. The stretch test does not reveal any pearlescent edges around the patch. What is the most likely diagnosis given this clinical picture?
