A 70-year-old woman presents with a background of polymyalgia rheumatica and rheumatoid arthritis, which she takes long term steroids for. She presents with weight gain, particularly around her abdomen and face, striae on her abdomen, difficulty climbing the stairs. Her symptoms have been getting progressively worse.
