Phil is a 50-year-old self-employed tradesman. He complains of new feelings of low mood, fatigue and anhedonia for the past 6 months. Upon further questioning, he reveals he has been feeling excessive guilt at things that usually would not bother him, low-self-confidence and decreased appetite.
