A 65-year-old woman presents to her GP after noticing spotting on two occasions. She went through the menopause 15 years previously. Her GP refers her on a 2-week wait pathway for a transvaginal ultrasound scan which shows an 8 mm thick endometrium. On hysteroscopy, her endometrium has an irregular surface with extensive nodular and polypoid growths. She has no relevant past medical history. What is the most likely diagnosis?
