A 70-year-old female presents with episodes of dizziness for the past 2 weeks

A 70-year-old female presents with episodes of dizziness for the past 2 weeks. She describes the sensation of the room spinning when this occurs. It is most noticeable when tilting her head in bed with each episode lasting about 20-30 seconds then resolving spontaneously. There is no associated hearing loss. Physical examination is unremarkable.
