A 19-year-old male patient presents to clinic and then demands that he wants to leave as has better things to do

A 19-year-old male patient presents to clinic and then demands that he wants to leave as has better things to do. The patient has a background of varying issues with the law including assault due to an argument at the age of 14, however when questioned about this the patient claims that this was entirely the other party’s fault and that the wrong person was charged with assault. He has no past medical or surgical history. During consultation, the patient becomes extremely agitated and verbally aggressive and leaves the clinic.
