A 66-year-old male with a history of CLL on ‘watch and wait’ management is reviewed in clinic
A 66-year-old male with a history of CLL on ‘watch and wait’ management is reviewed in clinic. He reports new symptoms of weight loss and night sweats. Repeat blood tests and CT CAP is arranged. His bloods indicate stable WCC with no anaemia or thrombocytopenia. Imaging shows stable small lymphadenopathy in his cervical and inguinal regions but a significantly enlarged right axillary lymph node.
