A 32-year-old woman is seen in the Haematology Clinic by her obstetrician. She has suffered from four miscarriages over the last few years and has failed to have a successful pregnancy. Blood tests performed by the obstetrician, including a clotting screen, revealed a prolonged APTT.

Your patient informs you that she would still like to get pregnant. What treatment is recommended during pregnancy for this patient?
