A 71-year-old man is brought to A&E by police as his wife called them regarding his increasingly aggressive and threatening behaviour. You take a collateral history from the wife. She reports that the patient has become increasingly agitated in the last year and is shouting at her a lot. She also reports he seemed unbothered when one of his best friends died from cancer. He has also been forgetting words sometimes. He has a known diagnosis of corticobasal degeneration.
