You see a 28-year-old woman with a rash over her chest and abdomen for the last three weeks. Other than a sore throat a few weeks ago, she is feeling well, has no significant medical history and denies any changes to her skin products. She is concerned about the appearance as she is a ballet dancer and has an upcoming performance. On examination, the rash has a teardrop appearance. You suspect a diagnosis of guttate psoriasis. She would like to know if there is any treatment to improve the appearance of the rash.
