An 83 year old woman with a background of essential hypertension, osteoarthritis and T2DM comes to your clinic complaining of urinary incontinence for a week. She is otherwise asymptomatic. She has 3 children and had vaginal deliveries for all. On examination, her abdomen is soft and nontender. Pelvic examination reveals no abnormalities. Her urine dipstick is positive for nitrites and leukocytes.
