A woman at 42 weeks gestation presents with sudden onset intense lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. The foetus was previously noted to be in a breech presentation. On examination, the uterus is tender, and contractions have stopped. The foetal heart rate is not audible. What is the most likely diagnosis?
