A 50-year-old female patient presents with a 2-day history of worsening right-sided headache, difficulty reading and watching TV due to blurred central vision, photophobia and an opacity in the cornea noticed by her partner. This was preceded by seeing haloes around bright objects. She has no past medical history. She is known to be hypermetropic. Examinations show reduced visual acuity on the right with diffuse conjunctival hypereamia and a very hazy cornea with no staining. What is the most likely diagnosis?
