A 30-year-old female presents complaining of a 4-month history of bilateral itchy lids

A 30-year-old female presents complaining of a 4-month history of bilateral itchy lids, worse on the left, associated with crusting in the morning and foreign body sensation. There is occasional redness of the eyes but no change in vision. She has a history of acne rosacea which she took oral antibiotics for. Examination shows crusting and mild redness of both eyelids. There is mild punctate staining of the cornea but no epithelial defect. What is the first-line management option in this case?
