A patient with known pancreatic cancer, which is not amenable to surgery presents to Oncology clinic. She reports burning epigastric pain radiating across both ribs bilaterally. This has been developing over the last few weeks. On examination, her abdomen was soft, with no palpable organomegaly. She has no sensory loss.
