A 55-year-old lady presents with a 6-month history of joint pain and swelling of both her hands.

A 55-year-old lady presents with a 6-month history of joint pain and swelling of both her hands. She also complains of early stiffness of her hand joints lasting around 30 minutes. She gets some relief from her symptoms with the use of Ibuprofen gel.
