A 42-year-old male presented to the Rheumatology outpatient clinic complaining of tight, stiff joints. On examination, he is noted to appear much younger than his actual age and respiratory examination revealed bilateral basal crepitations. Subsequent lung function tests and CT scan showed likely interstitial lung disease.
