A 31-year-old male presents with his partner. For the last 24 hours, he has been sweaty, agitated, and unable to sleep. He reports loose stools but no blood.

His medical history includes eczema, depression, and asthma. His asthma is well-controlled on PRN Salbutamol and BD Beclometasone. His mood improved after he commenced on Sertraline; however, he has not taken it for the last 4 days.
