A 51-year-old gentleman has been admitted to an inpatient psychiatric ward due to relapse of schizophrenia

A 51-year-old gentleman has been admitted to an inpatient psychiatric ward due to relapse of schizophrenia secondary to non-compliance. He is extremely agitated and physically aggressive. Ward staff have already tried oral medications to limited effect. The junior doctor on-call has been asked to review the patient and prescribed an IM medication for acute agitation. A few hours later, he was seen by the ward nurse complaining of pain. His eyes were turned upwards and fixed. There was also fixed lateral flexion of his neck, this occurred in episodes lasting a few seconds each. Which drug is the likely cause of this?
