A 67-year-old male presents with erythematous skin. This began with the tingling and tightness of his fingers. Following this, it developed into erythematous changes on the palms and soles of his hand. He also notes peeling of his skin with small patches of blisters forming. He states this was his second course of treatment for colorectal cancer ( 5-fluorouracil, folinic acid and irinotecan), and his first cycle was unremarkable. It is felt this is a reaction to his chemotherapy.
