A 23-year-old female with a history of atopic dermatitis presents with difficulty breathing.

A 23-year-old female with a history of atopic dermatitis presents with difficulty breathing. She has periodic periods of wheeziness, especially during the spring and summer periods. Examination reveals a mild wheeze throughout both lungs. Reduced PEFR was noted on peak flow testing. One week journal of peak flow tests at home shows poorer readings at night compared to day-time readings.
