A 45-year-old female presents with right upper quadrant pain and jaundice. The pain was colicky and appeared worse after food intake. Blood tests showed raised bilirubin, ALP, amylase and lipase. Ultrasound reveals a hyperechoic lesion that casts an acoustic shadow along with dilated pancreatic and hepatic ducts. She is not an alcoholic.
