A 34-year-old male presents to the neurological clinic with a movement disorder. His family has a strong family history of movement disorders, with his paternal grandmother affected at 67 and his father affected at 54. He has presented with uncontrollable movements of his arms where his arms will writhe uncontrollably, lasting several seconds before settling. His behaviour has changed significantly over the past six months, with increased irritability and inappropriate behaviours.

Given the likely diagnosis, which area of the brain has been most affected?
