A 34-year-old male was involved in a car accident and has impaired sensation at and below T12. He reports impaired fine touch, proprioception and vibration on her left side. His temperature and pain sensation are impaired on the right side of his body in a similar distribution. He has 3/5 power along his left lower limb, hyperreflexia and a positive Babinski reflex.
