A 32-year-old male was admitted with reduced consciousness.

A 32-year-old male was admitted with reduced consciousness. His friend states that he was involved in a fight and had been punched in the head. He felt nauseous following the assault but was fully conscious. 2 hours later, he became increasingly disorientated and collapsed with reduced responsiveness.
