A 34-year-old male presents with tremors.

A 34-year-old male presents with tremors. This lasted 48 hours and was accompanied by sweats. He also reports seeing insects crawling up his arms and legs at home. The paramedics reported that his apartment had many empty bottles of beer. His partner states that he stopped drinking three days ago. He had a generalised seizure lasting 30 seconds whilst an inpatient.
