A 58 year old woman attends her general surgery routine outpatient appointment for follow-up for her gastrinoma. She complains of epigastric pain after food, nausea and difficulty eating. Her past medical/surgical history is significant for gastrinoma diagnosed 5 years ago, peptic ulcer disease and rheumatoid arthritis for which she takes regular NSAIDs. She does not have any drug allergies. She was scheduled for an OGD which showed a duodenal ulcer causing her symptoms.
Prescribe a medication to treat her duodenal ulcer.
