A 32-year-old female is looking for advice around vaccinations. She is a patient with known SLE and lupus nephritis. One year ago, she had a significant flare and remains on a tapering prednisolone dose. She has been on 10mg of prednisolone for the past two months and is awaiting a further review before reducing her prednisolone dose further. She is not taking any other medications.
She has been advised to obtain her vaccines as she was unvaccinated as a child.
