A 52-year-old car crash survivor was recently discharged following a prolonged hospital stay, including ITU.

A 52-year-old car crash survivor was recently discharged following a prolonged hospital stay, including ITU. He was diagnosed with PTSD whilst an inpatient, due to repetitive flashbacks of the accident. He has undergone CBT and EMDR for the last 3 months however, his symptoms have not improved. He is keen to try some medication for his symptoms.
