PMHx. Depression, menopause. DH. Sertraline 100 mg PO daily, Kliovance (estradiol with norethisterone) 1 tablet PO daily.

TSH 8 mU/L (0.38 – 5.33 mU/L)

Free T4 10.2 (7.9 – 14.4 pmol/L)

Free T3 4.1 (3.8 – 6.0 pmol/L)
