A 53-year-old man has presented to A&E with extreme pressure in his chest. He describes this pain as starting when he went for a jog this morning. It stopped once he stopped exercising but he thought he should come to the hospital to get a check over just in case. He currently has no chest pain and his ECG appears normal. You diagnose him with stable angina and offer him a suitable first line treatment for relief of his symptoms if they occur again.
