A 36-year-old woman presents to the diabetes clinic with poorly controlled diabetes, her most recent Hba1c was 77mmol/mol and her current BMI is 42kg/m2. She is currently being treated with Metformin 1g BD, dapagliflozin 10mg OD and Gliclazide 160mg BD. She has tried taking insulin previously but had a mild allergic reaction to it. The diabetic nurse is considering swapping one of her drugs due to her poor reaction to her current regime. The patient says she would prefer a low maintenance regime.

Please prescribe one drug that can be swapped for one of her current medications which would help this lady lose weight.
