Supraventricular Arrhythmias

Supraventricular tachycardias (arising from above the level of the ventricles) produce narrow QRS complexes. However, in the event of a supraventricular tachycardia in the presence of a bundle branch block or an accessory pathway (aberrancy), the QRS complex will be broad.
