You review a 64 year old patient in the respiratory clinic. She has been referred from his GP

You review a 64 year old patient in the respiratory clinic. She has been referred from his GP with a three month history of reduced exercise tolerance, increasing dyspnoea and dry cough. She tells you that she is now short of breath, even when dressing, and is finding a single flight of stairs difficult. Past medical history includes previous surgical and platinum based chemotherapy treatment for ovarian cancer which is currently in remission. As part of your investigations you request a high resolution chest CT. What are you expecting to identify, given this history and background?
