A 32-year-old pregnant patient presented with unilateral calf swelling and pain

A 32-year-old pregnant patient presented with unilateral calf swelling and pain. Ultrasound Doppler showed evidence of distal deep vein thrombosis. She is to be started on enoxaparin. However, she has antithrombin III deficiency and will require higher than usual doses of enoxaparin to have therapeutic benefits. The anticoagulant effect of enoxaparin will need to be monitored. What test can be used to monitor the anticoagulant effect of LMWHs like enoxaparin?
