A 31-year-old female presents with a 5-month history of amenorrhoea to the endocrinology clinic. She previously had regular periods since age 12 and recently has been suffering from milk leaking from her breasts. Her psychiatrist changed her risperidone to aripiprazole two weeks ago as her serum prolactin level was 2120 mU/l (normal range <400 mU/l). She had no previous prolactin level. Her β-hCG test is negative, and her thyroid function tests are normal. What would be the most appropriate management?
