A 50-year-old woman presents with a 6-month history of nonspecific abdominal pain, bloating, and a noticeable increase in abdominal size.

A 50-year-old woman presents with a 6-month history of nonspecific abdominal pain, bloating, and a noticeable increase in abdominal size. She also reports feeling full quickly after eating and has experienced a significant, unexplained weight loss. On examination, there is diffuse abdominal distension with a fluid wave. No lymphadenopathy is noted.

Investigations:

Haemoglobin: 115 g/L (120–160)

CA-125 level: Elevated
