A 75-year-old female has advanced Parkinson’s disease dementia. She suffers from disturbing hallucinations and persecutory delusions that cause her immense distress. Due to this, she can display challenging and violent behaviours. She lives in a care home and there is concern her behaviour and distress could present a risk to herself, other residents and staff.
