A 65-year-old man presents with a pulsatile mass in his abdomen, detected during a routine physical examination. He has hypertension, but no history of trauma or previous abdominal surgeries. He reports occasional back pain but no other symptoms. On examination, a pulsatile mass is palpable in the central abdomen.
