An 18-year-old male has been complaining of earache for the past 2 days

An 18-year-old male has been complaining of earache for the past 2 days. She is febrile. Clinical examination showed a perforated left tympanic membrane with purulent exudate. This was sent for culture and gram stain. Culture shows partial haemolysis on blood agar with green zones around colonies. It is sensitive to penicillin. What would be seen on a gram stain?
