The surgical team has asked you to review a 35-year farmer under their care

The surgical team has asked you to review a 35-year farmer under their care. He was admitted 2 days ago following a fall, sustaining a skin laceration on his back.  The wound was debrided and dressed. 2 days later, he is spiking fevers and the wound on the back has become necrotic. It started increasing in size rapidly. On examination, crepitus was found. The patient rapidly deteriorates and is admitted to ITU for inotropic support. Gram stain of the exudate shows large gram-positive rods which grew only in the anaerobic blood culture bottle. What is the most likely causative organism?
