A 75-year-old woman is admitted with pain due to an osteoporotic vertebral fracture
A 75-year-old woman is admitted with pain due to an osteoporotic vertebral fracture. She required 1 week of physiotherapy and is now ready for discharge. The only medication which has relieved her pain is Naproxen 250mg BD, which she will be discharged on. She is otherwise only on Levothyroxine. Her eGFR is 64mL/min/1.73 m² (>60). What advice should you give her regarding the risk of nephrotoxicity?
