A 27-year-old nurse presents with a 4 month history of headache and intermittent loss of vision. She reports that her symptoms are exacerbated by bending forward. She discussed her symptoms with the junior doctors on the ward, who advised her to go to A&E. She reports that she takes sertraline to manage her symptoms of depression but is otherwise well. A cranial nerve examination is normal and fundoscopy showed mild papilloedema. A MRI head is performed which shows an empty sella. An MR venogram is also performed, which is normal.
