A 28-year-old female presents to the headache clinic with a 5 month history of worsening headaches

A 28-year-old female presents to the headache clinic with a 5 month history of worsening headaches. She says the headache is worse when she wakes up and is sometimes associated with nausea but never any visual changes. On examination, her BMI is 38. Her cranial nerve exam is normal with normal visual acuity and visual fields. Fundoscopy is performed and shows a C-shaped halo around the optic disc with sparing of the temporal disc margin. An MRI and MR venogram are performed, which are both unremarkable.
