An 89-year-old female reports a 1 week history of an intermittent right temporal headache. She also states that she has jaw pain when she is eating and doesn’t feel like she is able to fully open her mouth anymore. She denies any joint pain in her shoulders or hips. She has not had any fevers. On examination, she has pain in front of her right ear on palpation and you note some clicking in that area as she opens and closes her mouth. Her vision and visual fields are normal.
