A 42-year-old female presents with a severe, sudden-onset headache

A 42-year-old female presents with a severe, sudden-onset headache, double vision and dizziness. She has a history of chronic headaches, which her GP told her was a tension headache. She has no other medical history. On assessment, her BP is 89/49 mmHg and her HR is 108 bpm. On examination you note a bi-temporal superior quadrantanopia. Her investigation results are as follows:

Hb 125 (115-160) Na⁺ 128 (135-145) Creatinine 87 (45-84)
WBC 11.0 (4-11) K⁺ 5.7 (3.5-5) Random cortisol 90 nmol/L

You look back through her previous imaging and see that 1 year ago she had an MRI head which showed a 1.2 cm pituitary mass.
